reference to the movie... real-life event...

so like my mom saw the trailer to "He's Just Not That Into You" and really wants to see it cuz it has the Mac guy in it and all, so like my dad's waiting for this company to fund for him for his new company and we're all in the living room and I'm in front of my laptop (as usual)...

Dad: ...They haven't called me yet. No news is bad news. If they wanted to fund me, they would've called by now!
Mom: They're just not that into you.
-Mom and I crack up-
Dad: Maybe they lost my phone number. Yeah, that's it...
-more laughing-
Dad: ...Maybe I should call them. I mean, they probably lost the phone number or something.
-wahahahahaha-
Dad: I know! Right when they called, the AT&T network dropped, so they couldn't reach me!
-laughtering-
Dad: They're phones are probably broken down... I should call them, don't you think?
-breathless(wipes away tear)-
Mom: They're trying to find a way to reject you.
